SPIHER NCC cadets regularly participate in routine parade and drill training sessions conducted by the PI Staff from the Unit and Regular Army personnel. These parades focus on improving discipline, coordination, weapon handling, and ceremonial drill standards. In addition, cadets attend NCC Common Subject classes handled by the Unit staff, while Special Subject classes are conducted every week by the CTO to strengthen theoretical knowledge, leadership qualities, and overall personality-development.
