The Centre for Nanotechnology was established in January 2011 with the main focus to promote research in Engineering science & technology of our institution. Some of the focused areas of research are,

- Advanced drug synthesis, drug delivery and its controlled release

Objectives

- To identify and introduce courses at undergraduate and post graduate levels in the specialized area
- To identify the research requirement and take up research projects with external funding agencies
- To take up collaborative programmes with other institutions at national and international level
