16 SPIHER NCC Cadets participated in the Civil Society Leadership Initiative Programme organized by DG Vaishnav College. The programme was addressed by Commodore Nambiath Sudeep, DDG, NCC Directorate Tamil Nadu, Puducherry & Andaman and Nicobar, who delivered an inspiring talk on leadership, civic responsibility, and nation-building. The session encouraged cadets to strengthen their sense of discipline, responsibility, and service to society.
