To produce higher caliber Microbiologist to attain new heights in microbial applications and bioprocess technology as per industrial needs and to provide leaders in the field of Microbiology.  

Mission

To progress the department to attain center of excellence in microbiological technologies by providing best Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Doctoral programs and R&D activities within a decade.

PROGRAMME OUTCOMES:

  • Graduates of the course will have strong background in the interface of modern biology and skill based courses and be able to use these tools in business/industry and/or institutes wherever necessary.
  • Graduates will identify, formulate, research literature, and analyze complex science problems reaching substantiated conclusions using first principles of mathematics, natural science, and applied sciences.
